Each day, started with a 60 minutes (45+15 minutes for questions) lecture given by a keynote speaker. All other oral presentations had the duration of 20 minutes (including a few minutes for discussion).

The posters were displayed during the meeting and could be discussed during the dedicated poster sessions.

English was the official language of the Congress, both for oral presentations and poster displays. No translation facilities were available.
